{"id":22701,"date":"2021-09-16T12:42:46","date_gmt":"2021-09-16T15:42:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/?p=22701"},"modified":"2026-04-23T15:35:45","modified_gmt":"2026-04-23T18:35:45","slug":"grand-lisboa-palace-to-open-two-more-restaurants","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/grand-lisboa-palace-to-open-two-more-restaurants","title":{"rendered":"Grand Lisboa Palace to open two more restaurants"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Grand Lisboa Palace has announced it will open two further restaurants on September 22 and September 30.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Macau.- The recently opened\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/sjm-to-allocate-118-gaming-tables-to-grand-lisboa-palace\">Grand Lisboa Palace<\/a>\u00a0continues to expand its options, announcing the launch of two new restaurants that will open on September 22 and September 30.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">One of the restaurants will be a Japanese restaurant while the other outlet will feature Sichuan- and Hunan-influenced cuisine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The company stated: \u201cBoth restaurants are casual retreats situated on the ground floor of the resort.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The grand opening of\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/grand-lisboa-palace-partial-opening-announced-for-july-30\">Grand Lisboa Palace<\/a>\u00a0Phase I took place on July 30, with <strong>SJM allocating the venue 118 gaming tables<\/strong>\u00a0from other properties.\u00a0When complete, it will have<strong>\u00a0around 2,000 hotel rooms<\/strong>\u00a0split between three venues: The Lisboa Palace Hotel, Palazzo Versace Macau, and Karl Lagerfeld Hotel luxury boutique hotel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It will have&nbsp;<strong>27,000 square metres of gaming floor space&nbsp;<\/strong>(290,000 sq ft) for up to&nbsp;<strong>700 gaming tables and 1,200 electronic gaming machines<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Daisy Ho<\/strong>, SJM chairman and executive director, has said: \u201cWe will slowly increase the number of rooms according to actual demand, that\u2019s the plan. <strong>The second phase will depend on the pandemic<\/strong>\u00a0and travel restrictions.
