{"id":22379,"date":"2021-09-07T11:48:16","date_gmt":"2021-09-07T14:48:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/?p=22379"},"modified":"2026-04-23T15:56:19","modified_gmt":"2026-04-23T18:56:19","slug":"suntrust-home-developers-to-officially-become-suntrust-resort-holdings","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/suntrust-home-developers-to-officially-become-suntrust-resort-holdings","title":{"rendered":"Suntrust Home Developers to officially become Suntrust Resort Holdings"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Suntrust Home Developers Inc. has announced it is changing its company name to Suntrust Resort Holdings Inc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>The Philippines.- <strong>Suntrust Home Developers Inc.<\/strong> has announced that its board has approved a change in the company name to Suntrust Resort Holdings Inc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/suntrust-doubles-capital-stock-to-fund-manila-casino\">The company<\/a>\u00a0recently announced plans to <strong>expand its capital stock to 50bn shares<\/strong>\u00a0with a par value of PHP1.00 (US$0.02).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Suntrust said that would allow it to increase capital to fund the construction of a\u00a0<strong>5-star hotel and casino project at Manila Bayshore Integrated City<\/strong>\u00a0in Paranaque City. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project,\u00a0<strong>due to open in 2023<\/strong>, will incorporate 400 hotel rooms,\u00a0<strong>a casino with approximately 400 gaming tables and 1,200 slot machines<\/strong>\u00a0for both mass and VIP markets.
