And you know when you are down, you do not spend money on entertainment and amusement as much as you would during good times.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/philippines-hopes-to-reach-70-vaccination-rate-by-february-2022\">Department of Health<\/a>&nbsp;secretary Francisco Duque III has said he expects the Philippines&nbsp;<strong>to achieve a 70 per cent vaccination rate<\/strong>&nbsp;for Covid-19 by February 2022. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He said the country is progressing at&nbsp;<strong>an average daily rate of nearly 400,000 vaccinations per day<\/strong>, but process has been slow due to delays in the arrival of vaccines.
