They expect to charge 38 more people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Authorities said that <strong>police officers are investigating more than 167 websites<\/strong>&nbsp;for promoting online gambling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A week ago,&nbsp;<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/thailand-2-arrested-over-illegal-online-gambling-operation\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">officers raided a house<\/a>&nbsp;on Song Kwai Road and&nbsp;<strong>arrested two men for operating an online gambling website<\/strong>&nbsp;during the 2020 European Football Championship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Police also <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/thailand-53-arrested-for-running-online-gaming-operation\">arrested 53 people<\/a>&nbsp;who had booked out a whole resort in the Muang district to operate a call centre for an illegal online gambling network.
