Bernstein Ltd<\/strong>, Grand Lisboa Palace will be allowed to\u00a0<strong>open only one of its three hotels <\/strong>with limited retail options. It will also open only <strong>304 gaming tables<\/strong> and 1,034 slot games.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to<strong>\u00a0Macau&#8217;s current rules<\/strong>, casinos are limited to 3 per cent of the compound annual growth in the number of new live gaming tables in the overall market, up to December 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The\u00a0<strong>Grand Lisboa Palace\u00a0<\/strong>cost HKD39bn (US$5bn). When complete, <strong>it will have around 2,000 hotel rooms<\/strong>\u00a0split between 3 structures: The Lisboa Palace Hotel, Palazzo Versace Macau, and Karl Lagerfeld Hotel luxury boutique hotel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The venue includes\u00a0<strong>27,000 square metres of gaming floor space\u00a0<\/strong>(290,000 sq ft) for up to\u00a0<strong>700 gaming tables and 1,200 electronic gaming machines<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">SJM Holdings to issue senior notes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/sjm-posts-us83-3m-loss-for-q1\">SJM Holdings Ltd<\/a>\u00a0will aim to raise funds through senior notes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Publishing its financial results for the first quarter of 2021, the company reported a net loss of nearly HK$647m (US$83.3m), while net revenue was\u00a0<strong>down by 29 per cent\u00a0<\/strong>year-on-year to HK$2.4bn (US$312.9m).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SJM Holdings said it wants to use \u201capproximately 90 per cent of the net proceeds from the proposed offering for r<strong>efinancing the Syndicated Credit Facilities\u00a0<\/strong>and the balance for general corporate purposes.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sanford C.
