According to analysts, the company has &#8220;excellent liquidity, with a <strong>history of a strong net cash position<\/strong>, which helps to buffer against the weak operating environment as international travel remains restricted.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, they believe the <strong>casino operator shows signs of vulnerability<\/strong> as it only has operations in only one location.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Genting Singapore Ltd\u00a0<\/strong>belongs to Genting Bhd and is the operator of the <strong>Resorts World Sentosa casino resort<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In 2020, the company reported\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/?s=genting+singapore\"><strong><em>revenues of SGD69.2m (US$52.1m)<\/em><\/strong><\/a>\u00a0in 2020, <strong>down\u00a089.9 per cent year-on-year.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Moody\u2019s Investors Service estimates that Genting Singapore\u2019s EBITDA will not reach 2019 levels this year or next.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":176,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"is_press_release":false,"is_interview":false,"is_opinion":false,"focusai_summary":"Moody's Investors Service projects Genting Singapore's EBITDA will not recover to 2019 levels in 2021 or 2022 due to ongoing international travel restrictions.
