It said the acquisition &#8220;provides\u00a0<strong>an excellent opportunity for the group to expand its property investment<\/strong>\u00a0portfolio.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the group,<strong>\u00a0the purchase &#8220;will allow the group to benefit from any future capital appreciation<\/strong>\u00a0and generate a new source of rental income.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Okura Holdings currently\u00a0<strong>operates 17 pachinko halls<\/strong>, although\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/okura-holdings-pachinko-gaming\"><em>it has closed some of its venues<\/em><\/a>\u00a0in Tokyo and Kanagawa after pressure from local governments.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Okura Holdings has purchased a property in Nagasaki city for US$4m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":176,"featured_media":16700,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"is_press_release":false,"is_interview":false,"is_opinion":false,"focusai_summary":"Okura Holdings, a Japanese pachinko operator, has acquired a property in Nagasaki for US$4 million.
