According to the authorities, the mistake was a \u201chuman error.\u201d They found out about it during an internal review of all products recently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pearse Doherty said he couldn\u2019t believe how four top prizes got left out of lottery games.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThis company has made enormous profits.
