{"id":14404,"date":"2021-02-09T15:50:11","date_gmt":"2021-02-09T15:50:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/?p=14404"},"modified":"2026-04-23T21:59:50","modified_gmt":"2026-04-24T00:59:50","slug":"fifth-contender-named-for-nagasaki-ir","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/fifth-contender-named-for-nagasaki-ir","title":{"rendered":"Fifth contender named for Nagasaki IR"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>THE NIKI and Chyau Fwu (Parkview) Group has been confirmed as the fifth group to enter Nagasaki&#8217;s request-for-proposal (RFP) process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Japan.-\u00a0<strong>THE NIKI and Chyau Fwu (Parkview) Group<\/strong> have announced they have entered the competition to become Nagasaki&#8217;s private operator partner for its <em><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/nagasaki-launches-request-for-ir-proposals\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>integrated resort<\/strong><\/a><\/em> bid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They announced that their proposal involves a &#8220;<strong>Super Smart Community&#8221;<\/strong> with cutting-edge technology at the IR site Sasebo city, and spreading to Omura Bay. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The company stated: &#8220;We aim to become the model case for a regionalized IR in Japan. THE NIKI (Japan) &amp; Chyau Fwu (Parkview) Group team will work with local influential companies in Japan and we are confident that we are the core to realization and success of a Kyushu-Nagasaki IR.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>THE NIKI previously ran NIKI Resort,\u00a0a nature resort located in Nasu, Tochigi, which closed in 2017. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chyau Fwu (Parkview) Group has experience running commercial facilities and office buildings in major Asian cities including Beijing and Singapore.
