The operator was recently been acquired by the Philippines-based firm <strong>HatchAsia<\/strong>, which intends to <strong><em><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/dfnn-cleared-to-recapitalise-silver-heritage\" target=\"_blank\">recapitalise the company<\/a><\/em><\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As part of its takeover, Hatch has replaced six directors with new members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Former CEO Mike Bolsover, Chairman Matthew Hunter and fellow director Darryl Kaplan are no longer associated with the company. They have been replaced by representatives from the new owner. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Among them are HatchAsia\u2019s president and CEO Kirk A. Arambulo and DFNN Inc executive director Ramon C. Garcia Jr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also joining the new board is Rafael Jose D. Consing Jr, who is SVP and CFO of International Container Terminal Services, the Philippines shipping giant owned by the billionaire Enrique Razon Jr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Razon is the founder, chairman and CEO of Bloomberry Resorts Corp, which owns Manila\u2019s Solaire Resort and Casino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>HatchAsia <strong><em><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/silver-heritage-lays-off-400-at-tiger-palace\" target=\"_blank\">acquired 92 per cent of the issued share capital in Silver Heritage<\/a><\/em><\/strong>, injecting AU$530,000 (US$410,000) in funding. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>HatchAsia also promised to issue new shares to an equivalent value of AU$530,000, which was subsequently confirmed via an ASX filing earlier this month. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the firm, funds raised from the issuance of new shares will be used to settle debts.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hatch Asia, the firm that acquired Silver Heritage in order to recapitalise the operator, has appointed six new directors.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":13704,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"is_press_release":false,"is_interview":false,"is_opinion":false,"focusai_summary":"Hatch Asia has completed its acquisition of Silver Heritage Group, recapitalizing the casino operator with an AU$530,000 injection and a commitment to issue new shares for debt settlement.
