The 280-room hotel will have commercial facilities in the area, with an exact opening date yet to be confirmed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The owner and operator of casino gaming and entertainment casino resort facilities in Asia will invest in Okushiga Kogen resort, a popular ski facility, for the development and operation of \u201cpremium\u201d hospitality, leisure and entertainment facilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Melco is planning to make big investments for the next years. Besides Nagano\u2019s hotel, the company will develop a a five-star ski resort in Japan and is a firm candidate for the <strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/osaka-operator-resort\">Yokohama IR bid<\/a><\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The resort will be one of two initial projects under its JPY27 billion (US$250 million) hospitality investment fund.
