They will<strong> leave the company in February <\/strong>and receive extraordinary retirement allowances and reemployment support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The scheme is part of a larger restructuring plan to adapt the company to the current business situation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The plan intended to review the balance sheet for non-business properties, build an organisational structure that can adapt to changes in the market environment, and reduce costs centred on group-wide fixed expenses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The plan included the <strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/sega-sammy-to-transfer-amusement-centres\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">transfer of its amusement centres<\/a><\/em><\/strong> business to GENDA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sega Sammy expects to <strong>spend about 9.5bn yen (US$91.7m) <\/strong>on voluntary redundancies.
