Benning has also been appointed as general manager of Studio City International as of December 10.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Benning is currently chief operating officer (COO) at City of Dreams Manila. In the new role, he will replace Geoffry Andres, who has been appointed as property president of Melco Resorts and Entertainment (Philippines) Corporation, returning to a position he previously held before.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The change was announced in April but are thought to have been delayed due to Covid-19 travel restrictions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Melco Resorts recently confirmed advances in the <strong><em><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/melco-sees-85-drop-in-revenue-in-q3\" target=\"_blank\">expansion of Studio City<\/a><\/em><\/strong> despite construction delays due to the pandemic.
