Melco Resorts has appointed Kevin Benning as SVP and general manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Macau.- Melco Resorts has officially named Kevin Benning as senior vice president of its Cotai property, Studio City. Benning has also been appointed as general manager of Studio City International as of December 10.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Benning is currently chief operating officer (COO) at City of Dreams Manila. In the new role, he will replace Geoffry Andres, who has been appointed as property president of Melco Resorts and Entertainment (Philippines) Corporation, returning to a position he previously held before.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The change was announced in April but are thought to have been delayed due to Covid-19 travel restrictions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Melco Resorts recently confirmed advances in the expansion of Studio City<\/a><\/em><\/strong> despite construction delays due to the pandemic. The expansion includes 900 additional luxury hotel rooms and suites, one of the world\u2019s largest indoor\/outdoor water parks, a cineplex, restaurants and MICE space.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
