Former finance minister Eisuke Sakakibara has been appointed chairman of Yokohama\u2019s Operator Selection Committee. Professor Norihiro Nakai of the Tokyo Institute of Technology was selected as the chairman\u2019s deputy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
