That\u2019s why the Office of Lottery and Gaming (OLG) will launch the application process for new licences next Tuesday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The OLG will launch an\u00a0<strong><em>online portal<\/em><\/strong>for operators interested in DC to apply for a licence. Moreover, the Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affair\u2019s\u00a0<strong><em>business licensing portal<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0will also receive applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The OLG advised applicants to contact them beforehand, in order to arrange a \u2018scope of licensing\u2019 meeting before Tuesday. That way, they expect the DC sports betting licencing process to be as neat as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">S<strong>ports betting rules<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Office of Lottery and Gaming announced the adoption of rules to regulate sports betting in DC\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/sports-betting-dc-2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong><em>back in September<\/em><\/strong><\/a>.
