{"id":11789,"date":"2020-11-14T15:45:40","date_gmt":"2020-11-14T15:45:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/?p=11789"},"modified":"2026-04-24T00:06:18","modified_gmt":"2026-04-24T03:06:18","slug":"jumbo-signs-10-year-agreement-with-lotterywest","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/jumbo-signs-10-year-agreement-with-lotterywest","title":{"rendered":"Jumbo signs 10-year agreement with Lotterywest"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>A subsidiary will work with the Western Australian state-operated lottery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Australia.- A subsidiary of Jumbo Interactive has signed a 10-year agreement to provide software services to Lotterywest, the Western Australian State Government lottery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a filing to the Australian Securities Exchange, Jumbo said its subsidiary, TMS Global Services, will provide software and a white label platform and services to the state-owned company in exchange for a 9.5 per cent service fee for every customer transaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jumbo will also provide technical and customer support and development services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mike Veverka, CEO of Jumbo, said: \u201cI am pleased that the Lotterywest Agreement has now been signed on time and on terms as anticipated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThis is a major achievement for Jumbo securing our first government client setting up a solid long-term partnership and providing strategic opportunities for Jumbo.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The agreement is set to last initially for three years with an option to extend for a further three and then four years.
