Australia.- A subsidiary of Jumbo Interactive has signed a 10-year agreement to provide software services to Lotterywest, the Western Australian State Government lottery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In a filing to the Australian Securities Exchange, Jumbo said its subsidiary, TMS Global Services, will provide software and a white label platform and services to the state-owned company in exchange for a 9.5 per cent service fee for every customer transaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jumbo will also provide technical and customer support and development services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mike Veverka, CEO of Jumbo, said: \u201cI am pleased that the Lotterywest Agreement has now been signed on time and on terms as anticipated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThis is a major achievement for Jumbo securing our first government client setting up a solid long-term partnership and providing strategic opportunities for Jumbo.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The agreement is set to last initially for three years with an option to extend for a further three and then four years. Should Lotterywest decide to change providers, Jumbo will immediately transfer customer ownership back into the state-owned firm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
