Local media reported that\u00a0several\u00a0\u201cblue card\u201d\u00a0staff in Wynn Macau\u00a0had\u00a0been offered compensation for the termination of their employment.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

GGRAsia\u00a0said the local government is expecting a reduction in foreign workers in management positions and their replacement with local talent.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The company also confirmed the temporary closure of some of its resorts\u2019 most famous restaurants until visitation levels recover.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The operator has been cutting costs <\/a>to manage its balance sheet and protect finances from the hit taken during the pandemic. Part of its staff has had to take a mix of paid and unpaid leave.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
