According to GGRAsia, employees of the company are to receive an annual bonus named \u201cliving subsidy\u201d from July 1, 2020 to June 26, 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The company, who saw a strong third quarter this year, reporting <strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/imf-macaus-gdp-to-fall-1-3-percent-in-2019\">profit<\/a><\/em><\/strong> of $94.24 million, explained the bonus will be equal to one-and-a-half-months\u2019 salary, or two months\u2019 salary, depending on the employee\u2019s status and longevity with the company.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SJM, which operates the Grand Lisboa, Ponte 16 and others in <strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/macau-tourism-beyond-casino\">Macau<\/a><\/em><\/strong>, was the first company to start with the bonus program in 2014. Nowadays, all casino operators offer some similar structure. It was supposed to end in 2020, that they are no going to extend it.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Although lot of casinos haves this bonus program, is not a guarantee in Macau.
