South Korea.- The government-operated companies Grand Korea Leisure and Kangwon Land have signed an agreement on a limited exchange of personnel as part of the government\u2019s strategy to enhance human resources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The agreement involves an initial stage in which one employee from each company will be exchanged to the other for a period of one year, beginning in October.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The intention is to then create a system that will lead to additional exchanges in the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For the first stage, GKL is dispatching one of its experts on casino floor surveillance, while Kangwon Land is dispatching an expert on the prevention of gambling addiction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Shin Dong-Hoon, head of Kangwon Land\u2019s human resources department, said in a statement: \u201cI look forward to creating a safe and healthy casino environment through personnel exchanges between public institutions.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
