Macau.- A new Health Bureau order has extended the mandatory use of health masks in casinos for another six months, according to information published in the Official Gazette.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The order was first imposed on January 22 as part of Covid-19 prevention measures. It will now be enforced until at least March 22, 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Despite Macau having apparently controlled the spread of the virus, the loosening of border restrictions will be accompanied by strict measures in casinos to prevent a second wave of infections. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Macau is hoping for an increase in visitors for the Golden Week holiday from October 1 to 8. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
