Macau.- Suncity Group has hosted the first music festival of the year in Macau after events were cancelled due to the Covid-19 pandemic in January.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Rooting for Macau \u2013 SIM! Music Festival 2020 took place at the Cotai Arena, Venetian Macau on September 19.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The event featured performances from several singers, bands and dancers on stage. A second event will be held this coming weekend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Suncity CEO Alvin Chau said: “2020 is the year full of difficulties. With the impact of the pandemic, performing arts and cultural industries in mainland China and Macau have been hard hit. Most of the large-scale musical performances have also been suspended.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
