Vietnam IR project to be completed in 2025

Sun Group is developing the new integrated resort in Quang Ninh province.

Vietnam.- Sun Group has announced that it expects its Van Don integrated resort to be completed in 2025. The project is being developed in Quang Ninh province on Vietnam’s northern coast.

The 2,000-hectare IR will include hotels, villas, resort apartments, commercial centres, a horse racing facility, an 18-hole golf course and a casino.

According to local press, the company says the cost of the project will hit about VND42 trillion (US$1.8 billion).

Sun Group, owner of 51 companies, is currently working in four areas: resort tourism, entertainment, high-end real estate, and infrastructure investment. It has developed more than a hundred projects with a total investment of VND137,000 billion (US$5.9 million).
