Vietnam: 12 arrested for alleged betting on Euro 2024 matches

Police made the arrests in Da Nang City.

Vietnam.- Police have arrested 12 people in Da Nang City, central Vietnam, for allegedly betting on Euro 2024 matches through two websites. Ten of those arrested allegedly placed bets while two allegedly provided a betting network for the group. Police say the operation made transactions totalling around $8m per month.
