Tinian asks for help to CCC for regulation
Bridge Investment Group is developing a 300-room casino resort on Tinian which is scheduled to open in 2020.
Tinian.- After closing the Tinian Dynasty three years ago, a new casino is opening in Tinian and regulation is needed. Under these circumstances, the Tinian Casino Gaming Control Commission is asking for some help from the Commonwealth Casino Commission.
CCC Executive Director Edward C. Deleon Guerrero said the commission stands ready to assist its counterpart on Tinian, which legalized casino gaming 30 years ago. He knows that casino regulations are different from the CCC’s, but he thinks they can accommodate the request of the commission for technical assistance.

Last month, Tinian reopened its ferry service between Saipan and Tinian – taking a major step towards opening the island up to tourism. The Sand Diamond, measuring almost 50 meters in length and with the capacity to carry 290 people and more than 30 cars, making daily sailings between the two ports.
