Australia.- Tabcorp Holdings has appointed telecommunications and technology specialist Vivian Stewart as a Non-Executive Director (NED), pending regulatory approvals. His background includes executive leadership roles at software company Bigtincan. He is the founder of Callafin, a corporate advisory firm specialising in mergers, acquisitions and capital raisings.
Tabcorp Chair Brett Chenoweth said: “He’s an experienced director with a deep knowledge of the telecommunications and technology sectors, which is critical as it underpins a large part of our business.
