Paradise Co casino revenue up in October
South Korean gaming operator Paradise Co’s casino revenue for October up by 15.4% year-on-year.
South Korea.- Comparing to October 2018, Paradise Co saw an 15.4% increase in casino revenue, representing a total €62,4 million. When analysing the outcomes month-on-month, and comparing to September’s numbers, casino revenue has also increased by almost 11%.
The company announced that its year-on-year increase in the overall casino revenue was consequence of: a 14.6% rise in table game revenue to about €59,1 million; and a 34.3% increase in machine game revenue to approximately €3,1 million.
Also, when taking into consideration the first 10 months of 2019, the results are pretty special with a 22.3% rose year-on-year, to about €497,8 million. Total numbers for table game revenue (23.3% increase) and machine revenue (7.4% increase) are also positive.
Paradise Co’s numbers are based on gaming at four properties. The venues are: Walkerhill in Seoul; the Jeju Grand, on Jeju island; Busan Casino in the southern port city of Busan; and Paradise City, at Incheon.
Table drop numbers for the first 10 months of 2019 have also seen a 20.7% increase comparing to the same period last year, to almost €4,4 billion.
Paradise Co is now apparently recovering from its second-quarter net loss reported back in August.
