Paradise Co casino revenue rises 21% in May

Casino sales reached US$65m in the fifth month of the year.

South Korea.- Paradise Co has shared its financial results for May, reporting casino sales of KRW98.9bn (US$65.1m). That’s an increase of 21.2 per cent year-on-year and 13 per cent from April. 

Table-game sales were KRW81.7bn (US$53.8m), up 21.4 per cent year-on-year, while machine revenue reached KRW5.52bn (US$3.6m), an 18.2 per cent increase. The table drop amounted to KRW765.3bn (US$504m), up 18 per cent year-on-year and up 17.4 per cent compared with April 2026.

For the first five months of 2026, cumulative casino revenue reached KRW415.2bn (US$274m), up 10.9 per cent compared to the same period in 2025.

Paradise Co operates four casinos: Walkerhill in Seoul, Jeju Grand on Jeju Island, Busan Casino in the southern port city of Busan and Paradise City, near the main international airport serving Seoul. A planned new hotel in Seoul has a target opening for 2028 as part of a strategy to attract more international high-rollers. The cost of the development is estimated between KRW500bn (US$360m) and KRW550bn (US$400m).
