Paradise Co returns to profit in 2019

Paradise Co posts net profits of €4.9 million in 2019 driven by a stellar performance from its Paradise SegaSammy casino.

South Korea.- Paradise Co has reported its financial results for the full year 2019, revealing a return to profit following a loss the year before. The turnaround was driven by a 24.4 percent year-on-year increase in net sales.

The company reported KRW979.4 billion (€740.4million) in net sales and almost KRW6.5 billion (€4.9 million) in net profits.

Its Paradise SegaSammy casino was one of the most profitable business units, with a growth in mass market revenues and higher hotel occupation ratios helping drive numbers upwards.

Other attractions at the IR enjoyed growth, such as the Wonder Box family theme park, the spa Cimer, and the Plaza shopping mall.
