Okada Manila steps up efforts to attract Japanese visitors
The Philippine integrated resort is expanding services for Japanese guests and strengthening its VIP offering as competition in the local gaming market intensifies.
The Philippines.- Okada Manila has announced new initiatives aimed at attracting more visitors from Japan, as the integrated resort seeks to grow its international customer base. The property said it is enhancing language support, hospitality services and facilities tailored to visitors from Japan, which the company identified Japan as a key target market for future growth.
The venue recently launched Ariake, a gaming club designed for Japanese VIP players. It has table games, gaming machines, a private gaming salon and Japanese-speaking staff, along with dedicated membership and dining services.
According to operator Tiger Resort, Leisure and Entertainment, a subsidiary of Japan’s Universal Entertainment, Ariake is intended to reflect Japanese customers’ preferences while supporting broader efforts to attract international high-value players.
