Newport World Resorts donates motorbikes and funds to PNP
Newport World Resorts has provided the Philippine National Police with 18 motorbikes.
The Philippines.- Newport World Resorts, an integrated resort located in Manila, has donated 18 Honda CB500F motorbikes to the Philippine National Police (PNP) to increase police presence in the Pasay-Parañaque area. The company also provided funds to cover fuel and maintenance costs for an approximate total of PHP10m (US$178,000).
Kingson Sian, president and chief executive officer of Newport World Resorts, said the donation was part of a larger project aimed at equipping the local police to better protect the community.
