MGM China Holdings lists US$750m in senior notes due 2033

Macau.- MGM China has announced the Hong Kong listing of US$750m in 6.250 per cent senior notes due 2033. The notes were offered exclusively to professional investors under Chapter 37 of the Hong Kong Listing Rules as part of MGM China’s ongoing capital management strategy.

Deutsche Bank, JPMorgan Chase and Bank of China Macau Branch acted as joint global coordinators, while several major banking groups participated as bookrunners and lead managers.

In the first quarter, the company reported net revenue of US$1.1bn, up 9 per cent year-on-year. Casino revenue increased 9 per cent year-on-year to US$977m, while the main floor table games drop rose 10 per cent to US$3.97bn.
