Lisboeta to offer deluxe suites for optional quarantine
The hotel, designated by local authorities as an optional venue to undergo quarantine upon arrival, will offer deluxe packages.
Macau.- Lisboeta Macau will offer deluxe suites and packages to those who choose its facility to undergo the quarantine required by local authorities upon arrival to the city.
It comes after the Novel Coronavirus Response and Coordination Centre Centre Coordinator announced that two optional medical observation hotels – Sheraton and Lisboeta – will be available for those who do not want to stay at the city’s designated hotels for quarantine and preferred to stay at optional locations at their own cost.
Lisboeta will have 539 rooms and 35 suites available with individual and family packages ranging from MOP700 (US$87) to MOP2,700 per night.
The price for the 14-days will be determined by the hotel according to room type and market prices. It will include breakfast, lunch and dinner, plus general medical observation arrangements.
Lisboeta Macau has not yet been allowed to open to the public. However, according to the company, this decision came from the SAR’s authorities with the aim to support the high demand for hotel rooms due to the foreseeable influx of arrivals during the festive period.
The company said: “The rooms will be in high hygiene standard under the policy given by the Health Bureau. During the medical observation period, the restaurants, shopping mall and entertainment attractions are closed to avoid overcrowd and to ensure the guests can stay with us in a quiet, safe and pampered environment”
