Government gives KN Paradise Cam Ranh the green light to develop new casino resort complex.
Vietnam.- The Vietnamese government has issued an investment certificate to the KN Paradise Cam Ranh beach resort, allowing it to develop a “large-scale casino complex”.
The firm said in a statement that it plans to forge a partnership with an international casino operator to develop and operate the casino.
The investment certificate allows the company to develop a casino complex with an aggregate area of 16.2 hectares (40.0 acres). The gaming venue can offer 200 gaming tables and 2,000 electronic gaming machines.
“It is with great enthusiasm that we are adequately ready to cooperate with the international casino gaming operators for the development and operation of our integrated resort in Cam Ranh. The KN Paradise Cam Ranh beach resort is located in Cam Ranh city, in Khanh Hoa province, the south-central coast region of Vietnam.
The proposed resort would cover more than 800 hectares of land in Cam Ranh, and the firm’s plan includes extensive real estate development: a wide range of hospitality and residential properties; entertainment facilities; shops; amusement parks; and convention space.
