Galaxy Entertainment Group delivers bonus to its workforce

The cash bonus will be given to staff at the Senior Manager level and below after a stellar performance last year.

Macau.- Galaxy Entertainment Group (GEG) had such a strong 2019 that it has revealed it will award its workforce with a cash bonus. The 2019 Discretionary Bonus, equivalent to one months’ salary, will be given to team members at the Senior Manager level and below.

The 2019 Discretionary Bonus, described as being equivalent to one month of base salary and guaranteed tips where applicable, will be paid on 23 January 2020.

“Despite different challenges that impacted the Macau market, GEG has delivered overall satisfactory results in 2019,” GEG said in its announcement. “GEG would like to take this opportunity to thank each of the team members for their valuable efforts throughout the year”, it continued.

“Expecting that the market will remain challenging and competitive in 2020, GEG looks forward to team members’ continued dedication in upholding the ‘Asian Heart’ service philosophy to provide our guests with exceptional services, and their full collaboration to support the Cotai Phases 3 and 4 projects that will set GEG firmly for continued success in the years to come”, the statement concluded.
