Crown Resorts reportedly close to selling penthouse in Sydney skyscraper
The duplex has been on the market since completion in 2021.
Australia.- Crown Resorts is reportedly close to selling a penthouse on the 81st floor of its One Barangaroo tower at One Sydney Harbour, for about AU$80m (US$67m), AU$20m less than expected. According to the Australian Financial Review (AFR).
The 800-square-metre (8,600-square-foot) duplex has been on the market since the tower was completed in 2021. It was aimed at buyers from China but regulatory measures against Crown’s gambling operator activities together with the slowdown in the Chinese economy complicated matters. The tower stands at over 270 meters and has 75 floors.
