Casinos in Singapore to operate at revised capacities
Authorities in Singapore have tightened Covid-19 countermeasures again.
Singapore.- The government has tightened Covid-19 countermeasures again after the Ministry of Health (MOH) reported 182 cases of locally transmitted Covid-19 cases.
Under the new restrictions, the number of people allowed to gather will be reduced from a maximum five to just two. Dining out will be banned, but restaurants will be allowed to offer takeaway.
As for casino venues, both Marina Bay Sands and Resorts World Sentosa have announced they will operate at revised capacities.
The new measures are due to remain in place until August 18.
