Amax International rebrands as Century Entertainment International

The rebranding was announced in September, but now approved by authorities

Hong Kong.- Gaming company Amax International Holdings Limited has announced its name will change to Century Entertainment International Holdings Limited. The change, announced for the first time last September, was approved by the register of companies in Hong Kong on December 3.

The company headed by local businessman, Ng Man Sun, will also change its logo, with his company website to change to www.ceihldg.com starting from next December 16.

The company reported recently that its revenues for the six-month period finishing on September 30 of this year dropped 54.3 per cent year-on-year to about HK$28.5 million (€3.2 million), due to low results from the group’s VIP room operations in Cambodia.

The company also has businesses interests in Vanuatu gaming, in the development of AR/VR entertainment, apps on mobile devices platforms, and customized IT and design solutions
