Arizona casinos to give away unclaimed jackpots
Several nonprofit organisations will be awarded unclaimed jackpots from the chain of Arizona casinos Gila River Gaming Enterprises.
US.- Gila River Gaming Enterprises, an Arizonan chain of casinos said Wednesday that it will give unclaimed jackpots to several nonprofit organisations. They will have to apply to receive a share of the funds but the total amount hasn’t been revealed yet.
CEO of Gila River Gaming Enterprises Kenneth Manuel commented it’s a “privilege to provide these funds to such incredible nonprofit organizations that benefit the lives of Arizonans.”
Nonprofits with a 501 (c)3 status are eligible to apply to the give away, including those within the Gila River Indian Community. They will have to present several documents, including a letter of consideration, a 501 (c)3 letter from the IRS, a W-9 tax form and they might be recquired to supply further information before August 18.
Organisations will have to apply to Manuel Hernandez, the community liaison for Gila River Hotels and Casinos, which owns three facilities in the Valley (Wild Horse Pass Hotel and Casino, Lone Butte Hotel and Casino and Vee Quiva Hotel and Casino).
