Focus Gaming News spoke to André Medeiros, Country Manager at Brazino777, about the company’s new sportsbook strategy and its marketing plans for LatAm.

Exclusive interview.- As the FIFA World Cup 2026 gets underway, operators across Latin America are looking to capitalise on one of the biggest sporting events in the region’s history. For Brazino777, the tournament marks not only a major commercial opportunity but also the launch of a renewed sportsbook strategy aimed at strengthening its position in key markets such as Brazil and Mexico.

In this exclusive interview with Focus Gaming News during SBC Summit Americas 2026, André Medeiros, country manager at Brazino777, discusses the company’s latest World Cup campaign, the importance of football as a cultural bridge between Brazil and Mexico, the operator’s expansion plans across Latin America, and the significance of receiving Silver recognition at the SBC Awards.

What can you tell us about Brazino777’s new commercial and the ‘Jogo da Galera’ jingle?

Well, this is a very specific and unique moment for Brazino777. Last Thursday (11 June) was the day the 2026 FIFA World Cup was announced, and coincidentally, we launched our new sportsbook strategy. Brazino777 is set to offer a fresh approach to sports betting for its users. We are going to invest more and more in this area. For us, this is a strategic move. And what better time to start than during the World Cup?

We introduced new technology and developed a new marketing strategy. We have just created an amazing commercial that will be a real asset to us. In LatAm, we have Mexico and Brazil, and both countries are connected by football.

We brought together two of the best freestyle football players, a boy and a girl, one from Mexico and one from Brazil; one of them holds a Guinness World Record, and the other is a promising freestyle football talent. Both play in the streets, not on a football pitch. Why in the streets? Because Brazino represents entertainment wherever you are and whatever you want.

Our jingle, ‘Jogo da Galera’, is an amazing piece of advertising that we are going to use to convey our main message to people.

Brazino777 won the Silver Award — second place — in the Casino Operator of the Year for Latin America category at the SBC Awards Americas 2026. What does this award mean for the company?

It was incredible recognition. We are proud of it because we were competing against tough, big companies. Being among the top two is a huge achievement for us. It’s a tremendous achievement.

Now let’s talk about Mexico and Brazil, and the broader Latin American strategy for Brazino777. What can you tell us?

Both countries are at the centre of our strategy because of their strategic positioning. We have a very strong footprint in Mexico, a country with a huge potential market, and equally, Brazil is a country with an enormous potential market and a vast population. Together, they serve as our gateway to expanding across all of Latin America.

What can you tell us about SBC Summit Americas 2026? How did you find the event?

The show was very productive. There were amazing panels and discussions covering strategy, market trends, etc. It was very fruitful for us.
