Van Ness will oversee operations in the company’s three properties in Rancho Mirage, Palm Springs, and Cathedral City. 

US.- Agua Caliente Casinos has announced the appointment of Dan Van Ness as director of entertainment. He previously served as entertainment tech production manager. responsible for managing entertainment production.

Van Ness will oversee all entertainment operations across the company’s three properties in Rancho Mirage, Palm Springs and Cathedral City, California and work with talent buyers on a lineup of performances, concerts, and events. He will report to VP of marketing Pearl Aguinaldo and chief operating officer Saverio R. Scheri III.

Van Ness has more than 35 years of experience in the industry, spanning roles in talent buying, production management and venue operations. Originally from North Dakota, he has spent over two decades in the Las Vegas entertainment market, holding roles at Station Casinos, Treasure Island and Westgate Las Vegas. He attended Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, earning his law degree in 2012.

Agua Caliente Rancho Mirage casino-resort in the Coachella Valley has announced an expansion that includes an extra 12,000 square feet of casino gaming space with hundreds more slot machines. There will be a ribbon-cutting ceremony on April 21.

The expansion takes the gaming space at Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage to over 89,000 square feet, with 42 table games, two high-limit rooms and the only poker room in the Coachella Valley.
