AGS appoints former AGA CEO to its board
The company revealed that Geoff Freeman has been appointed to its Board of Directors.
US.- Designer and supplier for the gaming industry, AGS, has revealed that the former CEO of the American Gaming Association (AGA) Geoff Freeman has been appointed to the company’s Board of Directors.
Freeman stepped down from his role as President and Chief Executive Officer of AGA in August of this year to become the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Grocery Manufacturers Association, which leads the food, beverage, and consumer products industry in the nation.
President and Chief Executive Officer of AGS, David Lopez said that they’re excited to welcome Geoff as a new independent director to the AGS Board. “Not only does he have a proven track record of effecting significant positive change in our industry, [but he is also] a recognised and respected business leader who brings deep strategic, operational, and market development experiences that span across multiple industries. Geoff is an extraordinary executive and a great cultural fit who brings a new perspective to our Board and will be invaluable to the continued growth and success of AGS.”
