Australia.- Australasian Gaming Expo (AGE) will showcase the latest technologies and educational seminars changing the way business is done at ICC Sydney. The three-day event, now in its 29th year, will be held August 14th-16th and is the ‘must attend’ event for all suppliers and buyers working within hotels, clubs and casinos.
Experts within the gaming industry will discuss a range of pertinent topics relating to all levels of the sector, to generate robust conversation on the impact of new technologies, gaming, regulation and streamlining F&B. On the back of strong seminar and educational sessions, 2018 will see further emphasis on education and professional development. This year’s program will host representatives from government, regulation, technology, gaming, communications, research and more, to offer an informative and holistic view of the industry.
Nadine Grinblat, Chief Executive, Australasian Gaming Council, will moderate the “Spotlight on Responsible Gaming” panel on Day Two of the show, “The panel will examine the challenges and trends in responsible gaming and provide, and the purpose they serve. Responsible gambling is a somewhat contested term, this discussion will explore the important role in limiting consumption under safe thresholds.”
