With revenue forecast to climb to N$218m (\u20ac11.3m) in 2025 and reach <strong>N$231m (\u20ac12.0m) in 2026<\/strong>, the casino is solidifying its position as a powerhouse in the nation\u2019s gaming and hospitality sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Windhoek Country Club Resort and Casino is state-owned and operated by <strong>Legacy Hotels and Resorts<\/strong>. This collaboration ensures the resort maintains its status as a <strong>premier destination<\/strong> for both <strong>locals and international visitors<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The resort ended April 2025 with cash reserves of N$132m (\u20ac6.9m), while the government received a dividend payout of N$25m (\u20ac1.3m) &#8211; an <strong>increase of N$5m (\u20ac270,000)<\/strong> compared to the previous year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"200\" height=\"200\" src=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/africa\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2025\/09\/NAMIBIA-EVANS.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8193\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Evans Simataa highlights steering stability, growth and social impact at Windhoek Casino.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Board Chairperson <strong>Evans Simataa<\/strong> said: \u201cLooking ahead, we anticipate continued positive momentum, with revenue growth from operations projected to <strong>increase by 6 per cent<\/strong> in 2025, and maintaining a steady growth rate of 5 per cent thereafter. Our ability to not only recover but to flourish in this post-pandemic era is a powerful testament to our robustness.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Strong finances and social impact<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Expenses <\/strong>have been kept in check, stabilising at 7 per cent and projected to <strong>ease to 5 per cent<\/strong> in the coming years.
