Kenya.- Kenya\u2019s leading gaming powerhouse, Betika<\/strong>, has reinforced its dominance in local football<\/strong> by signing a record KSh231m (\u20ac1.8m) sponsorship<\/strong> deal with African Football Club (AFC) Leopards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The three-year partnership, the largest financial deal<\/strong> in the club\u2019s history, strengthens Betika\u2019s influence in Kenyan sports, backing the twelve-time Football Kenya Federation (FKF) Premier League Champions while investing in grassroots talent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The deal represents a significant upgrade<\/strong> from the Ksh195m (\u20ac1.51m) package signed in 2022 and comes at a crucial time as the 2025\/26 seaso<\/strong>n kicks off on September 20.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Under the three-year agreement<\/strong>, AFC Leopards will receive KSh65m (\u20ac502,761) plus KSh7m (\u20ac54,160) in bonuses in the first year, KSh70m (\u20ac541,596) plus KSh7m (\u20ac54,160) in the second year, and KSh75m (\u20ac580,281) plus KSh7m (\u20ac54,160) in the third year. The package gives the club unprecedented financial stability<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the signing ceremony, Betika Group CEO Mutua Mutava<\/strong> described the partnership as more than just a financial deal. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
