The event, which took place on <strong>Friday, August 22, 2025<\/strong>, was held at the company&#8217;s offices under the banner of the <strong>8Bet Cares<\/strong> program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The lucky recipients, totalling <strong>15<\/strong>, were chosen from a pool of active players who participated in various betting games on the 8Bet platform. They received groceries valued at <strong>E3,000<\/strong> (\u20ac144) and petrol vouchers, water bill payments and electricity vouchers collectively worth <strong>E1500<\/strong> (\u20ac72).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the presentation, <strong>Mnqobi Tsabedze<\/strong>, 8Bet Marketing Officer, emphasised the importance of such initiatives in fostering stronger ties with the community. He said: &#8220;We are pleased to present the vouchers to our customers. This is a way of interacting with customers and giving back to the community.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tsabedze also reiterated the company&#8217;s commitment to responsible betting, noting that the platform is only available to citizens aged 18 and above. He added: &#8220;We will continue serving the nation with the best products and look forward to the 2025 8Bet Trade Fair Cup.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The ongoing initiative provides participants with a chance to alleviate their everyday expenses through their betting activity on 8Bet. A beneficiary of the program, Bethu Msibi, said: \u201cWe are happy with 8Bet products and services. The company always makes us a priority, and we will continue supporting them. We are grateful for the vouchers, which are a sign that the company serves the people.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beyond customer rewards, 8Bet invests in initiatives that benefit the community at large. The company recently committed <strong>E2.5 million<\/strong> (\u20ac120,593) to sponsor the <strong>2025 8Bet Trade Fair Cup<\/strong>, an annual football tournament.
