Staff gathered for three days to build stronger collaboration, share ideas and foster innovation across the country\u2019s gaming and lottery sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Malawi.- Malawi Gaming and Lotteries Authority (MAGLA)<\/strong> held its Team Building Retreat for staff to engage in strategic planning and team-building exercises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The three-day retreat provided MAGLA staff with an opportunity to recharge and connect at the tranquil Lake Malawi resort. More than 30 team members came together for engaging workshops<\/strong> and fun team-building activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was organised by Tvents Consult, a Malawian enterprise dealing in team building facilitation<\/strong>, customer care and public speaking facilitation. Tvents Consult has facilitated more than 100 retreats in Malawi, helping organisations to improve working together<\/strong>, communication and problem-solving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tvents Consult said: “Tvents Consult was this week in the city of Salima facilitating a three-day Team Building Retreat for the Malawi Gaming and Lotteries Authority (MAGLA). The event was a major success<\/strong>.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

MAGLA was formed by the merging of the Malawi Gaming Board (MGB) and the National Lotteries Board (NRB), unifying the regulation of the country’s gaming and lotteries into one entity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The statutory body<\/strong> licenses and regulates all gaming and lottery businesses in Malawi. In addition to its regulatory role, MAGLA also runs various activities and provides support services<\/strong> to strengthen the gaming and lottery sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The retreat left staff motivated and better connected<\/strong>, reinforcing MAGLA\u2019s commitment to teamwork, communication and innovation in Malawi\u2019s gaming and lottery sector.<\/p>\n\n\n
