South Africa.- South Africa\u2019s biggest gaming, tech and pop culture event is back. The Really Awesome Gaming Expo<\/strong> (rAge)<\/strong> promises a weekend full of esports tournaments, new technology, hands-on activities and the energy that makes African gaming<\/strong> special.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

rAge will take place from December 5 to 7 at the Johannesburg Expo Centre, a venue in the heart of the city\u2019s creative hub that reflects the bold spirit and strong gaming culture of South Africa<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Blending cutting-edge innovation<\/strong> with gamers from every background, the organisers are gearing up to make the 2025 edition even bigger and better than last year\u2019s breakthrough event at the same venue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He said that rAge is consistently pushing boundaries with “groundbreaking technology<\/strong> and captivating exhibits”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Marketing Lead at Monster Energy<\/strong>, Jeann Steyn, said one of the highlights of the 2024 event was Monster Energy\u2019s Call of Duty tournament, which thrilled the crowds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But the energy didn\u2019t stop there. RGB Gaming rallied over 30 schools for competitive tournaments<\/strong> and hosted South Africa\u2019s first-ever HP Gaming Garage hackathon.
