The collaboration marks a major step forward in aligning gaming regulations between Botswana and Namibia and the entire Southern African region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The engagement, which was held in Gaborone from <strong>July 23 to 24, 2025<\/strong>, brought together key officials from the gaming regulatory bodies of both countries. The host&#8217;s delegation was led by <strong>Gaoakanye Tapeng<\/strong>, Botswana Gaming Authority Board Member, and CEO <strong>Peter Emolemo Kesitilwe<\/strong>, while Chairperson <strong>Wycliff Shililifa<\/strong> and CEO <strong>Dr. John Shimaneni<\/strong> represented the Lotteries Board of Namibia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the two-day visit, the delegations engaged in a series of activities, including site inspections and policy presentations.
