Ace Ngcobo, the general manager of the Soccer Premier League and chair of the National Boxing Championship, has thrown down the gauntlet with a bold plan. It will be a high-stakes showdown that will see the best fighters from both provinces go toe-to-toe in a series of must-watch bouts. The announcement follows a thrilling seven-fight event at Arena Holdings in Parktown, Johannesburg, which put some of the country’s finest boxing talents on display.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
