Nigeria.- Football fans in Nigeria<\/strong>, Ghana<\/strong>, South Africa<\/strong> and Kenya<\/strong> can watch FIFA Club World Cup<\/strong> matches on SportyTV<\/strong>, thanks to the free-to-air network\u2019s recent content deal with Iris Media<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The partnership allows SportyTV to broadcast 26 matches<\/strong> from the tournament\u2019s 63 games<\/strong>, including all 19 group stage matches<\/strong>, three rounds of 16 ties, two quarterfinal clashes, two semifinals<\/strong> and the ultimate final showdown. However, all matches featuring Mamelodi Sundowns<\/strong>, the only Sub-Saharan team in the Club World Cup, will be aired on the network.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The competition kicked off on June 14<\/strong>, and so far, all teams have played two games each<\/strong> and five<\/strong> have secured their spots in the round of 16. Mamelodi Sundowns started strong with a win over Ulsan Hyundai<\/strong> but faced a tough loss against Borussia Dortmund<\/strong>. To secure a round-of-16 spot, the team must defeat Fluminese<\/strong> on Wednesday, June 25, 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The select matches will continue to stream on SportyTV\u2019s primary channel, digital platform and official YouTube channel, all at no cost to viewers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By acquiring rights to a tournament like the FIFA Club World Cup, SportyTV has further its reputation as a premier African sports broadcaster. Although the matches are free to watch, increased viewership can lead to higher advertising revenue and potential sponsorship deals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
